Streamyx caurse our office cannot operate well for online service again! Eh~ why i said "again" ger?

Yesterday our office HQ cannot online whole day! I'm currently outstation and cannot direct checked what the problem. Normally the problem is either router problem or streamyx problem...But previous case happen make me directly thinking is Streamyx problem again.
My colleagues also dont know how to diagnose the problem (Girls mah~~) , so yesterday our company online service down and caurse customer and dealer complaint again.
Until today morning, my colleague only called to the streamyx guys after cheked all possiblity error may found on hardward side.
After complained our problem, streamyx guys check and said that actually our station hang in their streamyx server. What the XXX! we always shut down our router everyday before going back and now they said our account hang in their server!? what kind of theory it is? okie..ok..fine, he said will reboot our account and please gave him 5 minute time. After 5 minute waiting, we can online jor!
Darm! waste our time go and check hardward problem! And i'm guess rite too! Streamyx problem again....what the XXXX
I think not only us facing this kind of "good service" provide by streamyx.
